To gain access to this service all you have to do is log in to your Customer Portal and select the shipping address. Now, enter this address exactly as you see it on your dashboard to your preferred shopping site to be used whenever you make an order. Packages that were delivered on a weekend or a public holiday will be processed on the next business day, and the 24 to 72 hour delivery time will not be applicable.
We also have standard Air freight 3x per week for person who are in no rush to receive their packages. This service usually lasts 5 to 7 days after the package has been delivered to our US warehouse. The service generally costs less than the express service but is just as reliable and secure.

There is a Drop Box in place at our US warehouse. This is you facilitate packages that were delivered after closing hours, on the weekend or on a public holidays. Although the drop box is in place, packages will not be updated to your dashboard until the next business day at which time they will be processed to be shipped.
